Hooper & Wollen offer a full agency service in local South Devon Courts with daily court attendance.

In the County Court and High Court all types of agency work is undertaken, including civil, commercial, maritime, insolvency, matrimonial and child care.

In the Magistrates Court: Licensing, family and child care agency work is undertaken.

Emergency work undertaken includes attending hearings with or without counsel, attending conferences, taking witness statements, issuing and serving claim forms ad application notices, filing and lodging papers.

You will receive a full written report within 24 hours of our attendance, and will be provided with same day reporting by telephone. We will discuss with you the appropriate level of fee-earner to be assigned to your matter in order to maximise effective representation.

Agency instructions are undertaken for LSC work at the usual LSC rates (provided notification is provided at the time of instruction). We are happy to agree fixed rates.
