| Our litigation and contentious business department has grown substantially over recent years as evidenced by the involvement in the Department of three of the firm's partners.
The department is concerned with dispute resolution in a wide range of commercial fields, including contractual disputes, disputes concerning land, accident and personal injury claims, professional negligence actions and landlord and tenant matters.
Careful analysis of the legal and factual issues enables us to give practical, clear cut advice, designed to avoid confusion and unproductive compromise and enabling clients to take an informed view o f the various options that can emerge as a dispute progresses.
The right approach is particularly important. Knowing the law is only half the battle; the tactics and strategy have to be correct and the right team of counsel and experts has to be assembled to achieve the most satisfactory solution.
