To the employer
We are here to try and stop claims happening in the first place.
We can draft contracts and service agreements at the outset to avoid
problems later on. We can advise on redundancies, calculate payments
and draft compromise agreements. We can offer advice over disciplinary
matters and procedures. Often a little advice early on can prevent
a successful claim, however, should a claim be made we have wide
experience of the employment procedure.
To the employee
We offer a comprehensive service including claims for unfair dismissal,
wrongful dismissal, redundancy and discrimination. We are franchised
by the Legal Services Commission to provide free advice under the
Legal Help Scheme to those eligible, and may offer a no win nofee
agreement in appropriate cases. We have a particular interest in
discrimination having been involved in litigation against the MOD
for gay servicemen.
